Since I once dropped by in Natalie's class out of a simple curiosity,  I count the days to my next class. Natalie has a unique way of connecting and working with each student of every level of abilities. She creates such a wonderful, warm, friendly atmosphere in the class that a serious workout feels like pleasure and fun.
Her mindful meditation classes are so enlightening.  After the class I feel calmer, happier and better prepared to face the challenges of life.

 I never dreamed that at age 71,  I would develop a passion for yoga. In a very short time I have improved my posture, I have become more flexible and I find myself holding poses I never thought I could.  I look forward to every class and keep notes on the poses I'm learning,  so I can do yoga at home on days I don't go class.... For someone who never thought they would like yoga, I can't say enough about how much I enjoy the classes I have taken with Natalie.   She is a teacher who instills calmness and confidence and is there to support each student no matter what level they are in.  Each class is custom fit for her students, she quickly accesses our strengths and weaknesses and gears her classes for all her students, while being able to work in movement exercises for all.  Natalie explains each motion and technique of yoga with a sense of humor as well as a quiet confidence.  She has been a calming influence in my life, I leave her classes with a smile and a sense of serenity. What a great way to start or end a day!

What stands out about your class is how you are able to take someone who never thought they would have an interest in yoga and open their mind to what it has to offer.  Your technique for teaching is practical and intelligent because it allows the student to learn hands on while they are doing certain monements, how it can benefit them and how to incorporate it into their everyday life.  I sincerely believe that you care about all your students........

Natalie is a gem of a yoga instructor. Her soothing voice, humor, and gentle yoga class at the Yoga Loft brought me right back to my roots of practicing with my teacher, Gurmukh Mike Noury.   I feel drunk with yoga love.   I highly recommend her yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
